Cambro UPC180191 Description
The Cambro UPC180191 commercial food carrier's airtight gasket maximizes temperature retention. For facilitated cleaning, this gasket can be removed, and the entire unit is safe for warewasher use. The scratch-resistant, textured surface resists wear and tear, while the one-piece design provides durability. To further enhance temperature retention, this piece of equipment is insulated with polyurethane foam.
Constructed of lightweight polyethylene, the Cambro UPC180191 insulated food carrier facilitates transporting product. This piece of equipment comes in granite gray and is part of the Ultra Pan Carriers® collection. The food carrier loads from the top, and with the addition of divider bars, it can be used as a salad bar, miniature food bar, or condiment station. Items within the unit can be removed using finger notches.
