Cambro UGNPR21H18480 Description
The Cambro UGNPR21H18480 Camshelving® food pan trolly endures temperatures as high as 390 degrees Fahrenheit to handle food pans straight out of the oven. It also resists cold temperatures, suiting it for storage in a walk-in freezer or cooler. Each shelf of the composite plastic structure can support 100 pounds; however, the unit can't withstand more than 375 pounds total. To accommodate (18) 2 1⁄2-inch-deep or (8) 4-inch-deep, full-size Gastronorm food pans, it measures 32 7⁄8 inches wide by 25 3⁄8 inches deep by 40 inches high. Each rail can hold two side-loaded, full-size pans.
Pan stoppers molded onto each of the Cambro UGNPR21H18480 pan sheet rack's nine slides prevent pans from slipping off while it's mobile. The 5-inch thermoplastic casters are fitted with rubber wheels and prevent leaving marks on the floor during transport. These casters swivel to facilitate maneuvering and have locks to stabilize the unit while pans are loaded.
