The Cambro PR59314151 Camrack® is a full-size unit measuring 19³⁄₄ inches wide by 19³⁄₄ inches deep by 4 inches high. It comes in soft gray to support color-coded use and withstands temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To provide long-term durability in high-volume operations, it's constructed of strong, chemical-resistant polypropylene. Because its inner grating is open and its outer walls are closed, it promotes thorough washing and drying while shielding dishes from contaminants. This peg-style rack is ideal for holding bowls, plates, plate covers, and trays.
