Keeping dishes ready to serve, this Cambro PCUHH615 Pro Cart Ultra™ food carrier has two individual compartments that hold warm food. Products can be loaded onto sheet pans, food pans, or pizza boxes and slid onto the rails. Each section maintains a temperature between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit, which is chosen by the operator. Using a thermometer on the door, operators can monitor internal temperatures, and to keep food cold, sections are filled with thick foam insulation.

For durability, the Cambro PCUHH615 food carrier has a lightweight polyethylene construction, while its non-marking casters and bottom bumper enable it to move around without damaging floors or walls. Latches hold the door, preventing it from swinging during transport. When ready to serve, the door can be opened wide, ensuring full clearance when removing pans. If left slightly open, the door closes itself with magnets.
