Cambro MDC1520S20191 Description
Designed for meal delivery in large facilities, the Cambro MDC1520S20191 ambient meal delivery cart is insulated to preserve product temperatures and vented to dispel excess steam and pressure. It can hold (20) 15-inch by 20-inch trays and features molded-in handles for enhanced control when moving heavy loads. With its four offset casters, this cart can be maneuvered across high door sills and uneven flooring, and two of its casters have brakes to prevent drifting. Its double compartments can be accessed with dual uninsulated doors, each of which has a menu clip for securing a label or description of the unit's contents.
The Cambro MDC1520S20191 ambient meal delivery cart has a self-draining design that helps preserve product texture and encourage sanitary use. Its friction latches are made of nylon, a tough and durable material that won't rust when exposed to steam and salt. Thick polyurethane insulates the cabinet, helping preserve temperatures during transport, and molded bumpers around its bottom protect neighboring walls and equipment from impacts.
