Its five-tier configuration features solid reinforced polypropylene shelf plates that deliver stability and a spill-resistant surface for storing heavy supplies, cookware, and bulk ingredients. Designed to support demanding applications, each shelf can hold up to 800 pounds, with an overall capacity of 2,400 pounds.
The Cambro EXU184284S5480 Camshelving Elements XTRA stationary starter unit is ideal for commercial kitchens and foodservice environments, combining hygiene and practicality. Molded with Camguard® antimicrobial protection, the shelf plates inhibit bacterial growth for safer storage. Maintenance is streamlined with dishwasher-safe shelf plates and universal traverses, ensuring quick and effective cleaning. The unit is easy to assemble with preassembled post connectors, 10 universal traverses, and five bags of dovetails (10 left and 10 right). Stability is enhanced by four composite posts with leveling feet, while the speckled gray finish complements professional storage setups. Note: This product is not compatible with original Elements Series products.
