Designed to hold up to 750 pounds, the unit performs efficiently in temperatures ranging from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, making it suitable for kitchens, cold rooms, and dry storage spaces. It features five vented reinforced polypropylene shelf plates, which encourage airflow and are ideal for ventilated storage. Each shelf plate includes Camguard® antimicrobial protection to prevent mold and bacterial growth and ensure sanitary storage. These removable shelf plates are dishwasher safe, simplifying cleaning and maintenance.

For enhanced mobility and stability, the Cambro EXMU216078V5480 unit includes four premium swivel casters with total locking brakes. It contains all necessary components for straightforward assembly, including 10 universal traverses, 20 dovetails, four composite posts, and preassembled post connectors. Its speckled gray finish adds a professional touch to any storage area. This shelving unit does not work with original Elements series products.
