The Cambro EXA182484S4480 add-on unit features four solid, antimicrobial Camguard® imbued shelf plates that attach to eight universal traverses and two composite posts. Each shelf plate detaches and can be washed in a commercial dishwasher as needed. For safe, long-lasting use, staff members should avoid using harsh cleaners on or around the unit. Additionally, this set of shelves measures 24 inches long by 18 inches wide by 84 inches high and boasts a speckled gray appearance that meshes well with most aesthetics.

Assembly of the Cambro EXA182484S4480 solid shelving can be done without tools, though a mallet can be used to secure the shelves most effectively. Because of its rust- and corrosion-resistant polypropylene construction, this stationary unit withstands damage in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. When stocking the unit, it’s safe practice for staff to place the heaviest items on the bottom, while refraining from exceeding the unit’s 2,000-pound weight limit. For added clarity, the unit is not compatible with previous Elements series models.
