The Cambro CPMU183667V4480 Camshelving® Premium shelving unit is built with four tiers, measuring 36 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 67 inches high. To support heavy materials and bulk ingredients, it has a capacity of 750 pounds. Its four shelf plates are vented so air can flow freely around product, and because the shelves are constructed of polypropylene, they're rugged and simple to clean. To hinder the formation of bacteria, mold, and mildew between cleanings, these shelves are also treated with Camguard® antimicrobial protection.
For placement in walk-in freezers, warm dishrooms, and hot kitchens, the Cambro CPMU183667V4480 shelving unit withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes in speckled gray to match other pieces in the Camshelving Premium series and is equipped with casters to enable mobility. To streamline setup, this unit includes two sets of post connectors, two preassembled post kits, eight traverses, and molded-in dovetails.
