To provide durability and streamline cleaning, the Cambro CPA244864V4480 Camshelving® Premium add-on shelving unit features polypropylene shelf plates treated with Camguard™ antimicrobial protection. Each shelf has a louvered structure that helps minimize dust and moisture buildup by promoting uniform airflow. Though each shelf supports as much as 800 pounds individually, no more than 2,000 pounds should be stored on this unit in total.
The Cambro CPA244864V4480 add-on shelf kit is a four-tier model designed for attachment to an existing shelving unit. It comes in speckled gray to match other units in the series and measures 48 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 64 inches high. For setup, it includes eight traverses, molded-in dovetails, and a preassembled post kit, and this unit can be installed in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit for versatile storage.
