The Cambro CPSK2160VS5480 Camshelving® Premium polymer shelf plate kit comes with four vented shelf plates and one solid shelf plate. This solid shelf is great for holding small items and leaky product, while the four vented shelves enable air circulation to reduce the accumulation of dust. For use in walk-in coolers, dishrooms, and dry pantries, this unit can endure temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes built-in Camguard™ antimicrobial to reduce the spread of germs, and the shelf plates are constructed of durable polypropylene.
