When glass tumblers and stemware are stored in the Cambro 9S958184 Camrack® glass rack's nine compartments, they are unlikely to collide during cleaning cycles. Each compartment accommodates a 5 7⁄8-inch-diameter glass, while the five soft gray extenders provide support for glasses as tall as 10 1⁄8 inches. The compartments' open structures encourage water and air to circulate uniformly so glasses can be cleaned and dried thoroughly, while the closed exterior wall prevents airborne particulates from entering the rack. To endure heavy use in dishrooms, this rack is made of durable, chemical-resistant polypropylene built to withstand temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The rack's beige base can be incorporated into color-coded systems so operators can identify inventory quickly.
