Cambro 92CW148 Description
A 1⁄2-inch flange lines the Cambro 92CW148 Camwear® food pan's perimeter to secure it in place when inserted into a food prep station or food bar. Its ninth-size construction holds 0.6 quarts of product and is ideal for salad toppings, such as chopped vegetables and fruit, and to track inventory, molded graduations help operators gauge the remaining amount of ingredients. Made of polycarbonate, it resists odors, stains, and acids and can be used in temperatures between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. Its nonstick interior helps prevent product waste when food is scooped out, and it's simple to clean.
