To lengthen its service life, the Cambro 92CW135 Camwear® food pan has a stain-, odor-, and acid-resistant polycarbonate construction. Because of its ninth-size construction, it has a 0.6-quart capacity to accommodate salad bar toppings or food bar ingredients. While its transparent material grants users a direct view of product, its molded-in graduations enable operators to gauge inventory amounts accurately. Its nonstick interior is simple to clean and can reduce product waste.
