The Cambro 66HP150 sixth-size food pan is made of heat-tolerant plastic that's safe in temperatures of -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a 2.4-quart capacity to hold toppings or condiments and a nonstick interior surface that helps users remove product fully. To ensure it's sanitary for future uses, the pan is dishwasher safe.
