With its 2.4-quart capacity, the Cambro 66HP110 sixth-size food pan is useful for holding condiments and toppings. The pan can be used in temperatures of -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for high-heat uses. It's made of bend- and dent-resistant plastic that's strong enough to withstand heavy-duty applications. To reduce food waste and facilitate cleaning, the pan's interior sports a nonstick surface. The pan comes in black to blend in with common kitchen designs and is dishwasher safe for cleaning.
