The quarter-size configuration of this Cambro 46CW148 Camwear® food pan is standard and has a 6-inch depth. It can hold 3.9 quarts, and because it is made of polycarbonate, it is resistant to breaking and won't be damaged at temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees Fahrenheit. In refrigerators and freezers, the pan keeps food as cold as metal versions, but it doesn't produce as much condensation. Engineered with molded-in standard and metric graduation marks, this pan helps operators keep up with inventory. Smooth and nonstick, the pan's interior ensures food is easy to remove, speeding up the cleanup process and increasing product yields.
