Cambro 46CW135 Description
Made of polycarbonate, the Cambro 46CW135 Camwear® food pan is break resistant and safe at temperatures between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. With this construction, the pan can be used for refrigerated storage. It keeps contents as cold as metal pans without high volumes of condensation. This quarter-size pan has a 6-inch depth, which provides space to hold 3.9 quarts of food. Operators can track the pan's contents by checking the molded-in standard and metric measurement markings. Its interior has a smooth, nonstick design that streamlines the cleaning process and increases product yields.
