Cambro 42CW148 Description
Designed to hold 1 4⁄5 quarts of food, the Cambro 42CW148 Camwear® quarter-size food pan has a 2 1⁄2-inch depth. Because of the unit's molded-in measurement graduations, operators can keep an eye on how much product is left in the container. The pan is made of polycarbonate—a break-resistant material that won't produce as much condensation as metal while keeping product just as cold. This material resists damage at temperatures between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, so it can be stored in refrigerators and freezers. Smooth and nonstick, the pan interior simplifies cleaning and increases product yield. When the pan isn't being used, it can be stacked with other pans to maximize storage space.
