The quarter-size configuration and 2 1⁄2-inch depth of this Cambro 42CW135 Camwear® food pan can hold 1 4⁄5 quarts of product. It has molded-in standard and metric graduation marks, so operators can keep up with inventory through the clear sides. Made of break-resistant polycarbonate, this pan won't bend, crack, or dent. It keeps product as cold as metal containers without the same amount of condensation. Resistant to temperatures between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, the material is safe to use in cold storage applications. Because the smooth interior is nonstick, it streamlines cleaning while improving product yields. Stackable with other pans, this unit maximizes space in storage areas.
