Cambro 32CW148 Description
The Cambro 32CW148 Camwear® food pan's third-size configuration and 2 1⁄2-inch depth provide the capacity to hold 2 1⁄2 quarts of food. It has molded-in standard and metric measurement markings so operators can keep up with how much product is left, and the smooth interior has a nonstick design that promotes removal of all the food. Made of polycarbonate, this pan is durable and resistant to breaking. It withstands temperatures between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, so it's safe to use in refrigerators and freezers. This pan stays as cold as metal pans, but it doesn't run the same risk of creating excess condensation buildup. Designed with a textured base, the pan resists scratching, and it's stackable with other pans to save space.
