Cambro 32CW110 Description
Designed to hold 2.5 quarts of food, the Cambro 32CW110 Camwear® food pan is a third-size unit with a 2 1⁄2-inch depth. Because of its polycarbonate construction, this pan is resistant to bending, denting, cracking, and breaking. It's safe to be stored in temperatures between -40 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit, so it's ideal for refrigerators and freezers. Staying as cold as metal pan alternatives, this unit doesn't lead to the same excess condensation buildup. To prevent food from sticking, the pan's interior is nonstick with a smooth finish that increases product yields and streamlines the cleaning process. The pan's bottom is textured to prevent scratching, and it has a space-saving stackable design that eliminates the risk of wedging and sticking.
