Cambro 1015148 Description
Made of lightweight fiberglass, the Cambro 1015148 Camtray® dietary tray insert is comfortable to transport. It resists damage from impacts and won't bend or warp under heavy loads. The material is white, so it blends in with most existing dining room pieces. This small tray is designed to split a larger tray into two sections, separating hot and cold food. After service, the unit can be washed in commercial dishmachines.
