Made of fiberglass, the Cambro 1015110 Camtray® cafeteria tray insert is lightweight so patrons can comfortably move it. This material is heavy duty, supporting product without warping and resisting damage from impacts. It comes in black, so it can be used in most settings. It fits in a 1520 Camtray, splitting it into two sections, with one for hot food and the other for cold product. After service, the tray can be cleaned in commercial dishwashers.
