Cambro 100MPCHL402 Description
The Cambro 100MPCHL402 Camcarriers® insulated food carrier is dishwasher safe to streamline cleaning. It's made of durable polyethylene and insulated with seamless foam polyurethane to retain temperatures inside the unit. Because the lid has a removable gasket, it seals shut and can be opened by releasing the six recessed latches at the top. Equipped to hold both hot and cold product, this unit retains temperatures for as long as 4 hours.
Designed with an approximate capacity of 40 quarts, the Cambro 100MPCHL402 food carrier holds one full-size GN food pan or several incremental pans that are 8 inches deep. The unit's exterior is textured to hide any wear and tear, helping it look nice for several years of use. To carry it around a banquet hall, it has two molded-in handles, one on both sides.
