Cambro 100MPCHL131 Description
The Cambro 100MPCHL131 Camcarrier® insulated food carrier is made of heavy-duty polyethylene that withstands heavy use. It's insulated with polyurethane foam to prevent air from escaping and its lid is sealed airtight with removable gaskets. This unit has a capacity of 40 quarts and houses one full-size gastronorm pan or fractional pans as deep as 8 inches. It retains heat from 176 to 191 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 hours and cold air from 33.8 to 36.2 degrees Fahrenheit for the same amount of time.
To equalize pressure in the Cambro 100MPCHL131 food carrier, the lid has a passive vent slot. The textured exterior resists scratches, ensuring it looks nice for extended use. This unit's serving lid is hinged and its two molded-in handles facilitate lifting and carrying when full. It seals shut with six recessed latches to ensure air doesn't escape; the latches are made of rust-resistant stainless steel.
