Waring WSB55 Description
The Waring WSB55 Big Stik® immersion blender can mix product in 60-quart pots. The powerful motor runs from 5,000 to 18,000 RPM, enabling it to mix products of various consistencies. Its stainless steel shaft can be removed and washed in a dishwasher and is fully sealed so that it will not trap food debris. Other Big Stik shafts can be used interchangeably with the immersion blender’s universal motor housing. The Waring WSB55 immersion blender has a comfortable rubberized grip and a second handle. Its continuous-on feature continues mixing when the user cannot actively operate the unit.

it has a burning smell when in use - like burning wires. not sure if the capacity is too low
