The Waring WCIC20 electric ice cream maker is perfect for making a small batch of gelato, frozen yogurt, or ice cream. The aluminum batch bowl holds up to 2-quarts of product and easily removes for cleaning. The mixing paddle adds just the right amount of air to the product so it comes out with the perfect texture. If you want to add mix-ins to your product, a see-through lid opens so you do not have to stop the churning process. Touch controls make using the Waring WCIC20 electric ice cream maker simple. Once the churning process has finished, the ice cream is kept at an ideal temperature with the Keep Cool feature.
