Alto-Shaam VMC-H3H-DX Description
Part of the Vector® series, the Alto-Shaam VMC-H3H-DX electric multi-cook oven's stainless steel construction resists rust and corrosion to extend its lifespan through high-volume use. Its body's three cooking spaces are individually controlled with a deluxe touchscreen, and for added convenience, this touchscreen is programmable. It's mounted on 4-inch legs that can be adjusted as needed. These compartments hold three half-size or three full-size sheet pans, while the double-paned glass door retains heat helps prevent heat escape.
The Alto-Shaam VMC-H3H-DX vector oven operates with a ventless catalytic converter to adapt to most commercial kitchens; it’s designed with Structured Air Technology® to promote even cooking, sending vertical streams of air throughout all three sections. Interior LED lighting offers optimal visibility for line cooks. For electronic connection, a USB port is included on the exterior of this oven. This oven saves valuable space with its small, countertop footprint and stacking capabilities.
