Alto-Shaam ED3-72 Description
For enhanced product viewing, the Alto-Shaam ED3-72 full-service countertop heated display case is constructed with glass side panels, a tempered glass front, and LED lighting. Employees can access the interior through the sliding back doors, which further showcase displayed food by creating a mirror effect. For additional space to work, this unit is equipped with a removable back work shelf and cutting board. The display case’s five pan sections can be separated with a pan divider set, which is sold separately.
The Alto-Shaam ED3-72 countertop display case has two thermostatically controlled heated zones with heat-on indicator lights and Halo Heat® technology. The unit’s heating elements evenly distribute heat and function gently to prevent food quality degradation. To prevent the unit from overheating against a countertop, it is fitted with 4-inch legs.
