For effective merchandising, the Alto-Shaam ED3-72 full-service countertop heated display case’s glass panels, tempered glass front, and mirrored rear doors showcase the displayed products, enabling customers and employees to see the food under the LED lighting. The operator-side work shelf provides additional space for loading and unloading food. For countertop use in grocery and convenience stores, this unit measures 72⁵/₁₆ inches wide by 43¹³/₁₆ inches deep by 30³/₁₆ inches high and is fitted with 4-inch legs.

The Alto-Shaam ED3-72 countertop display case features two heat zones that each have an adjustable thermostat with a 1-to-10 heat range. By generating constant bottom and top heat, this display case reduces cold spots that could affect food quality. When the ceramic heating elements are operating, the unit’s heat-on indicators will light up. The unit uses waterless Halo Heat® technology, so it’s resistant to humidity.
