Alto-Shaam ED3-48 48" Full Service Countertop Heated Display Case - 240v

For an attractive display, the Alto-Shaam ED3-48 full-service countertop heated display case features glass side panels, mirrored back doors, and overhead LED lighting. The tempered front glass is curved to reflect heat back onto the food. This unit includes a rear work shelf and cutting board for additional space. To facilitate cleanup and promote airflow around the unit, this display case has 4-inch legs with rubber feet.

The Alto-Shaam ED3-48 countertop display case uses patented Halo Heat® technology that surrounds food with heat to keep it uniformly warm for hours without overcooking or drying out the food. This display case has two heat zones to produce constant and even heat; these heat zones can be adjusted between a 1-to-10 heat range with the unit’s thermostats. This unit does not use water to keep food warm, so condensation will not build up on the glass panels.
