Alto-Shaam ED3-48 Description
The Alto-Shaam ED3-48 full-service countertop heated display case features tempered front glass, glass side panels, and mirrored back doors for enhanced product visibility. The back doors and side panels are removable and easy to clean. For an attached workspace, this unit includes a work shelf and cutting board. This display case measures 48 5⁄16 inches wide by 43 5⁄8 inches deep by 30 3⁄16 inches high and is mounted on 4-inch legs with rubber feet.
To simultaneously accommodate multiple types of food, the Alto-Shaam ED3-48 countertop display case has two zones with separate temperature controls that radiate heat from top ceramic heaters. Each zone can be set within 1-to-10 range with individual thermostats. This unit is equipped with Halo Heat® technology, which gently heats food without added humidity or fans. This display case can hold standard pan sizes in its three pan zones.
