Alto-Shaam 750-S Description
The Alto-Shaam 750-S holding cabinet uses Halo Heat® to surround food with consistent heat while vents in the cabinet door promote airflow through the unit so food stays warm without losing their crispy texture. Because the cabinet's interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, they will stand up to frequent use and transportation. Casters provide the unit with mobility, and the cabinet holds as many as 10 full-size food pans.
