Alto-Shaam 300-S Description
The Alto-Shaam 300-S countertop heated holding cabinet has carrying handles and a door latch, so products won't fall out of the cabinet as it is transported from place to place during catering operations. Made of stainless steel, the cabinet's interior and exterior resist corrosion from exposure to food and cleaning chemicals, and it withstands frequent use and transport. As many as three full-sized food pans will fit inside the cabinet.
Vents in the Alto-Shaam 300-S holding cabinet doors ensure that foods retain their crispy texture. Using Halo Heat®, the cabinet surrounds food with constant, uniform temperatures. If temperatures in the cabinet drop from an opened door or a chilly environment, the digital control system automatically compensates for the lost heat.
