Alto-Shaam 1200-S Description
The Alto-Shaam 1200-S Halo Heat® heated holding cabinet can hold meats, vegetables, and casseroles, maintaining their taste and texture without further cooking. It also works as a proofer, giving dough its final rise before baking. This unit is stackable, so it can be placed beneath an oven. Food can then be pulled from the oven and placed into the holding cabinet, keeping it warm until served.
This Alto-Shaam 1200-S food warming cabinet uses a special Halo Heat system to warm food gently without fans. Its temperature level is adjustable from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the display and arrow keys on the front. To keep crispy food from turning soggy, the vented door stays closed with a magnetic latch. For simple cleaning, the unit is made of stainless steel and features an antimicrobial handle to deter the growth of bacteria.
