The Fogel MIRAGE-4-DC-HC-B Mirage bakery display case has a 19-cubic-foot cavity that integrates four wire shelves that arrange breads, pastries, and cakes into defined zones. Managed by electronic controls, the R134A-charged, self-contained refrigeration system works with a gravity coil for gentle cooling between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Glass paneling provides full-cabinet visibility, while LEDs distribute light evenly across each shelf. Lined with reflective polarized film, the dual sliding glass doors enhance visual depth and streamline entry. Designed for bakery counters and merchandising aisles, this curved, black-coated steel unit measures 48 1⁄2 inches wide by 29 7⁄8 inches deep by 52 inches high.
