Powered by a self-contained, gravity-coil refrigeration system, the Fogel ELITE-6-DC-HC-B Elite bakery display case uses natural convection to blanket delicate items with cool air. Electronic controls work alongside R134A refrigerant for precise modification from 36 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Built with black-coated steel construction and glass paneling for a clean, contemporary finish, its curved body measures 72 inches wide by 29 7⁄8 inches deep by 52 inches high. Two sliding doors enable quick access from the service side, while four wire shelves form distinct merchandising tiers. Inside the 24-cubic-foot cabinet, LED lighting brightens shadows for an unobstructed view.
