Electrolux Professional 391203 Description
The Electrolux Professional 391203 pasta cooker is an electric unit constructed of durable stainless steel for rust and corrosion resistance. It has a 10 1⁄2-gallon tank and can produce up to 66 pounds of pasta per hour. The well measures 11 13⁄16 inches wide, 20 1⁄2 inches deep, and 10 1⁄4 inches high.
The full unit is 15 45⁄64 inches wide by 35 12⁄32 inches deep by 35 12⁄32 inches high and sits on four 2-inch legs. The unit has dial controls for simple operation and includes a door in its base for easy access in the case of maintenance. To drain, baskets of cooked pasta can be pulled out of the well and set on the integrated drip zone.
