Review this product!
poor quality
use it for 3 days and the steel broke off by the wood handle, cheap quality!
I would definitely buy it again!
Esp good is how smoothly this Dexter 4" performs working with my carbon steel flatbottomed pan, apparently because of their common DNA in the steel. It isn't as flexible on the job as a spatula would be, so I get to practice being "deft of hand" and the magic is back! Cleans easily but you have to be sure to dry it or rust spots might appear. I kind of wish it had a holster, but I don't know why.
A "scraper" with the finesse of a "spatula"--good all round!
I needed an all-purpose Scraper that was sized well-enough to be a Spatula for cooking on a carbon-steel pan. This was the perfect solution. It is made with much higher quality than I found in the ones in stores. Sharpenable, keepable, and fits heavy in the hand, if you get my meaning.
