Dexter Russell S360312YPCP Description
Great for smoothly cutting, peeling, trimming, slicing, and dicing fruits and vegetables, the Dexter Russell S360-312Y-PCP 360™ paring knife has an all-purpose, 3 1⁄2-inch-long blade. Because it has a straight edge and spear point, it pierces through thick crust, rinds, and skins. The blade is made of DEXSTEEL™—a durable, stain-free steel that supports high-volume prep work. Constructed of polypropylene and Santoprene®, the handle is comfortable to grip and slip resistant. It has a contoured design and built-in finger guard for protection. This handle is yellow and black, so it can be integrated into a color-coded prepping system.
