Dexter Russell 30500 Description

Engineered to resemble a chef's knife in a small profile, the Dexter Russell 30500 Val-U™ paring knife is great for all-purpose prep work and detail work that requires careful hand control, such as slicing, peeling, and coring. It has a 3 1⁄2-inch-long blade with a sharp, straight edge that's easy to restore as it dulls over time. This blade is constructed of DEXSTEEL™—a stain-free, high-carbon steel that resists rusting and supports heavy use. With a built-in, protective finger guard, the easy-to-clean, black handle is made of comfortable polypropylene.
