Dexter Russell HSG-3 Description
The Dexter Russell HSG-3 Sofgrip™ knife set features a variety of knife types as well as a slanted wood block for storage when not in use. Promoting longevity and performance by enabling operators to maintain the original sharpness, it also includes a 10-inch diamond sharpener. Improving comfort during extended periods of prep work, each knife has an ergonomic soft rubber handle, and the blades are made of high-carbon steel—a rugged metal that won’t stain or corrode over time.
