The Dexter Russell SGCC-7 Sofgrip™ professional cutlery set includes seven different knives. It includes a 3 1⁄4-inch paring knife, a 6-inch narrow boning knife, a 6-inch scalloped utility knife, a 9-inch scalloped offset slicer, a 10-inch chef’s knife, a 12-inch duo-edge roast slicer, and a 12-inch diamond steel. All of the knives have soft rubber handles to ensure a rigid grip, and the blades are made of stain-free, high-carbon steel for durability. This set includes a case with pockets in which knives can be stored.
