The solid, 8-inch-long by 3-inch-wide blade on this Dexter Russell S286-8PCP Sani-Safe® cake turner is ideal for flipping pancakes and making omelets. It has beveled edges with a rounded design that smoothly slides under the food without piercing it. Protecting users from burns, the blade and handle have an offset design that keeps hands away from the hot cooking surface. Comfortable to grip with its slip-resistant texture, the handle is made of polypropylene. To eliminate cracks and crevices, the handle is permanently sealed to the blade.
