The Dexter Russell S286-8SQH-PCP Sani-Safe® grill turner has a blue polypropylene handle that works well in color-coded systems. Measuring 8 inches by 3 inches, the turner’s blade is made of durable stainless steel and has a flat, square end for scraping residue from greasy griddle surfaces. Its handle is made of polypropylene and textured for a secure grip. The turner can withstand heat as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit and slides easily under cooking food with its beveled design.

Good quality spatula
This is my 2nd spatula for cooking on teppan. I use them on teppanyaki grill. Heat resistant. I recommend this to hibachi chef.
