With its scalloped edge, the Dexter Russell S24931/2SC-PCP sandwich spreader cuts efficiently through tough exterior bread and bagel crusts, and with the smooth side, users can spread sandwich toppings such as soft cheese, butter, or jam. To resist dulling, each knife is individually ground and honed, retaining its sharp edge throughout high-volume use. This knife’s handle is made of rosewood, lending the unit a traditional, natural appearance, and for a secure handle, it’s fitted with brass compression rivets.
