Dexter Russell S160-18 Description
The Dexter Russell S160-18 pizza knife has a textured polypropylene handle that won't slip during use to prevent users from injuring themselves. The 18-inch blade has a stiff edge, enabling it to slice pizzas quickly and efficiently without tearing them. Made of high-carbon steel, the blade is durable and resists staining throughout its service life. This knife measures 20.75 inches long by 3.88 inches wide overall.

"Knife is great. I would have loved to have gotten a knife guard with it though. For the price. Also I didn't get my package on time. This was for a gift and it was late. Shipping and handling messed something up by not printing the street address on the box and it had to be shipped back. It was complete chaos."
