Dexter Russell PR180-20 Description
With its curved blade, the Dexter Russell PR180-20 pizza knife utilizes a rocking motion to cut pizzas quickly and evenly. The two polypropylene handle grips are textured to prevent slipping, and the blade is made of high-carbon steel to resist stains. Designed for two-handed operation, it features handles on both ends. Overall, it measures 20 3⁄16 inches long by 6 5⁄8 inches wide.
