The Dexter Russell P3A-PCP pizza cutter includes a nonslip polypropylene handle to ensure control throughout slicing. Equipped with a 2 3⁄4-inch-diameter blade, it's made of high-carbon steel, which doesn't stain. If the blade becomes dull due to high-volume use, it can be replaced with a similarly sized blade. It comes in white to color code this kitchen utensil.
